She takes pride in the positive impact her team makes on the lives of those they serve and works hard to ensure Caring Works runs smoothly and effectively each day.
Her role goes beyond recruitment, Tanita actively supports staff, builds strong relationships with clients and makes sure the highest standards of care maintained.
Outside of work, Tanita is dedicated to taking her son to his many activities, continuously cheering and supporting. Her ability to balance professionalism with warmth truly reflects the values of Caring Works.
Serina
Head Trainer & Head Recruitment Consultant
Serina’s journey within the care sector is a true example of dedication and growth. Beginning her career as a Healthcare Assistant, she progressed to a Senior Carer before stepping into her current role as Head Trainer and Head Recruitment Consultant.
Her passion for high quality training, shaped by her own hands-on experience, allows her to deliver engaging and comprehensive training programmes that truly prepare staff for the realities of care.
Alongside training, Serina plays a key role in recruitment, carefully selecting individuals who embody the values of Caring Works.
Outside of work, she finds balance by enjoying peaceful walks with her loved ones.
Sammy
Recruitment Consultant
Sammy, our Recruitment Consultant, is known for her quick response and dedication to ensuring shifts are covered quickly and efficiently, providing peace of mind for both clients and staff.
Her proactive approach means that care homes can rely on her to deliver the right support at the right time, while candidates feel valued and well looked after.
With her warm and approachable style, Sammy builds strong and lasting connections, fostering trust and reliability in every interaction. She takes pride in making sure both clients’ and staff wellbeing are met.
Outside of work, Sammy enjoys spending time with her two little dogs who keep her busy. Her caring nature extends from her professional life into her personal life.
Collette
Sales Consultant
Collette builds strong and lasting relationships with care homes, providing reliable staffing solutions through Agency, Permanent and Training Services.
With her hands-on background in care, she brings valuable insight into the sector and understands the challenges care homes face day to day. This experience allows her to match the right staff to the right roles, ensuring both clients and carers feel supported.
Collette takes great pride in helping homes deliver the best possible support to residents, knowing that the right team makes all the difference. Her approachable and professional style makes her a trusted point of contact for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Collette enjoys tending to her garden, decorating her cottage, reading and spending time with her rescue cat, Bella, who always keeps her company.
Simran
Marketing Executive
Simran is responsible for managing marketing and social media at Caring Works, bringing both creativity and strategy to her role.
Starting her career as a carer, her first-hand experience of the sector gives her a unique insight into the importance of high-quality care and recruitment. This perspective has helped her advance to leading key marketing initiatives and building strong relationships with care homes.
Alongside her studies in psychology, Simran has developed a real passion for marketing. She plays a crucial role in raising awareness of Caring Works’ services, showcasing the dedication of its staff and helping to connect clients with compassionate, committed caregivers.
Outside of work and study, Simran enjoys spending time with her family, looking after her grandfather and exploring creative projects that align with her love for storytelling and communication.
