Nahida is a very bright, exceedingly pleasant and has an easy way of talking to you. Greets me with a smile and asks me how I have slept and what I might be doing today. It is lovely to have someone who I have just met who takes such an interest in me.

Two words…. Wesley, WOW! One of my residents who is firstly reluctant to shower and secondly preferring of female carers, was not only convinced to have a shower but Wesley sand to her whilst he was providing care.
